Loved how modern and clean the room was, plus the staff were super friendly and helpful! the quiet location was perfect for relaxation, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring, and I appreciated the free breakfast goodies. Just a heads-up, room cleaning only happens every three days, which might be a bit different for some, but it didn't bother me at all! 😊.

I always come back here because the staff gave me a cold drink during my first stay. It has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, air conditioning, and more. I will return for New Year!

Liked our brand-new and great-sized rooms in this hotel.
Location: the hotel was close to Dotonbori markets and train stations, and Dotonbori, Shinsaibasi-suji and Train Stations. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was polite!

The room was reasonably spacious with heaters, at least for me. The hotel was in a marvellous and excellent location close enough to the center of Dotonbori, and the Dotonbori tourist area. It also was close to subway stations so easy to get around.

Exceptionally clean place with respectful and attentive staff. Variety of goodies for breakfast. Walking distance to a market and convenience stores across the street.

The location here is fantastic-it's right next to Dotonbori and super easy to get to. the vibe is really warm and welcoming, making it feel like home. Although the family room didn't look that great in the photos, it was actually brand new and quite nice! 😊.
